You have the option to rent as many salon suites as you need, provided they are available. Each suite will have its separate billing.

We have hair suites that are equipped with a sink, hair station and wash bowl. We also offer non-hair suites that have a sink and wide open space for you to freely customize to your business.

Depending on your needs, we have 2 types of salon to offer. Our hair suites may come furnished with a chair, wash bowl, hair station, and a mirror. Our non hair suites are plain canvas for you to express your creativity. Make sure to inquire for your specific suite needs. For any additional furniture/tools, you can bring your own goods.

The City mandates that all suite owners obtain a business license. To inquire about the specific requirements for your profession, please get in touch with the Georgia Cosmetology State Board at (404) 424-9966 and the health department at (404) 657-2700.

Our salon suites offer you the freedom to express your creativity and personalize your space to reflect your unique style and brand. You have the flexibility to enhance your suite with various colors and equipment. Please note that any modifications will need to be approved in advance.

We have lease agreements suitable for beauty professionals of all budgets and backgrounds. You may choose between a 12 or 24 month lease.
